64 year old male. He underwent Mohs surgery for a Skin cancer, followed by radiation. He developed a post-operative oral-maxillary-cutaneous fistula (an opening from his mouth, to his sinus, to his skin.) He was initially treated in New York, and has sought help in multiple states as he migrated south. He underwent excision of the fistula with sinus ablation and reconstruction with a free radial forearm flap; skin and blood vessels are transplanted to the face. He has an excellent result with regards to both contour and function.
