Spider Vein Injections Tallahassee

Sclerotherapy is a technique that is used to collapse and diminish unsightly spider veins in the legs. This is performed by injecting a high concentration of saline solution into the spider veins, in a simple in-office procedure.

This procedure takes approximately an hour. Afterwards you will have small bandages and will wear compression hose for 3 days. Side effects may include bruising, small areas of irritation at the injection sites, darkening or lightening of the skin where the veins were, and blushing (creation of new fine veins). Your veins may take 2-4 weeks to heal, and often times a second treatment is needed.
