Patient 9
93 year old female. Underwent Mohs surgery with a 50% eye life defect. She underwent a single stage repair under local anesthesia. No revisions were necessary. The procedure was a Tenzel flap with lateral cantholysis.

Patient 10
Patient has resection for melanoma of the alar rim, nasal tip and nasal sidewall. She underwent a two stage reconstruction with cartilage graft and forehead flap. One revision was performed later to thin out the flap.
