Scar Revision Before & After Case 364

49-year-old female, who had multiple C-sections, and had the classic adhesion of the skin to the underlying tissue.  This formed a ridge, and a significant depression  that show through her clothing.  It also made it difficult to wear normal undergarments..

  She did not want to undergo anything other than correction of this depression, no abdominoplasty, or other invasive procedure.

  This can be corrected, under light sedation, or even as an office procedure under local anesthesia.    It takes a proximally 1 hour and has minimal recovery.  You can see before and after photographs, to demonstrate a nice correction, and the contour, of her abdomen, with no tethering or step-offs.
