Kristen Snyder Costa, P.A.-C
Kristen Snyder has been with Southeastern Plastic Surgery since its opening. She completed her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. and also received her Bachelors in Nursing from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. She is licensed in the State of Florida as a Physician Assistant as well as a Registered Nurse. As a nurse she worked in the operating room at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for four years and became the Neurosurgery Clinical Coordinator. She was the Organ Transplant Coordinator for Tallahassee and also has experience working with Southeast Tissue Alliance and the North Florida Lions Eye Bank.
Kristen’s specialty is facial sculpting, chemical brow lifts, improvement of facial wrinkles, and lip enhancement through the use of Botox and injectable fillers, including Cosmoderm, Cosmoplast, Restylane, Juvéderm, Radiesse, and Sculptra. Kristen was selected to be a certified national trainer for Botox and injectable fillers based on her experience and appropriate use of the products. She has trained dermatologists, nurses and other healthcare providers through these educational interventions. Many of the individuals trained by Kristen are currently injecting in the North Florida and South Georgia region, including Panama City, Destin, Tallahassee, Gainesville, and Moultrie. She was part of the Juvéderm Experience Trial, which involved a group of practitioners with expertise in facial aesthetics, which allowed her to use the product in advance of nationwide product availability. Kristen’s high patient volume has advanced Southeastern Plastic Surgery’s practice to Platinum level in the Botox Cosmetic Network, the only one in the Tallahassee and surrounding area.
Kristen is the Treasurer for the Association of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants, as well as the Treasurer for the Fellowship of Christian Physician Assistants. She is a current House of Delegates member with the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She was the past Secretary for the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, and is also a member of the American Association of Surgical Physician Assistants, and the Christian Medical and Dental Society. She is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee. Kristen is an active alumnae member in her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega, as well as the current Finance advisor for the FSU chapter. In addition, she also serves as President of Lakeshore Gardens Homeowners Association and sings in the Lifeteen Band (a contemporary Christian band). She is a member of Empire Who’s Who of Executives and Professionals.

Amy Johnson, R.N.
Director of Surgical Servicees
Amy joined Southeastern Plastic Surgery in 2004 with more than 13 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including 10 years in an outpatient surgery setting. She is a graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Under her guidance, the surgery suite was opened in September 2004, providing an onsite setting for a variety of plastic and reconstructive procedures.
Amy enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children. Her hobbies include singing, going to the beach and amusement parks.

Rebekah Mayfield
Rebekah joined Southeastern Plastic Surgery in the summer of 2007 with more than 8 years of experience in plastic surgery. From your initial cosmetic or reconstructive consultation appointment until the time of your surgery, Rebekah will be your personal liaison between you, the patient, and your physician. She will be there for you every step of the way answering questions, helping you schedule and finance your surgery and assisting you while you make your important pre-operative decisions.
She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga with a Bachelors Degree in Human Ecology. Rebekah spends her free time with her husband and son.

Cindy Davis
With over 25 years of medical billing experience and joined Southeastern Plastic Surgery in 2000.
Cindy has been a resident of Tallahassee for 35 years. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her husband and spending time at the beach.

Greta Cooper
Greta received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1981. Since then she has taught school, had experience in retail sales and spent 24 years working for Delta Air Lines. Her interest in skin care led her to earn her license as an aesthetician and join Southeastern Plastic Surgery in Tallahassee. Greta has attended the International Dermal Institute for advanced study. Her areas of experience include teen acne and anti-aging treatments.
Greta is available for skin care consultations regarding effective home care regimens, pre- and post surgery options and relaxing facials. She has a particular interest in chemical and fragrance-free skin care products.
She is married and has two daughters. Her oldest daughter attends Florida State University and the other will graduate from high school next year.

Annie Nelson, L.P.N.
Licensed Skin Care Professional
Annie joined Southeastern Plastic Surgery team in Tallahassee in November 2003. Annie has over 19 years in the field of cosmetology and has advanced training with the OBAGI Skin Care System. In addition, she has specialized training with the Physicians Choice chemical peels. She completed her nursing degree at Lively Technical Center in Tallahassee, FL. in 1992. She previously received a cosmetology degree in 1985. Annie comes to Southeastern Plastic Surgery with more than seven years experience in cosmetic plastic surgery.
She is available for skin care consultations to evaluate and recommend treatment plans to fit the client’s needs as well as provide any needed additional care. Annie attends Better Life Community Church, has two incredible boys and enjoys spending time cooking, fishing and have fun with them.
