She is a 60-year-old female.  She has lost approximately 120 pounds.  This was accomplished with diet, exercise and a GLP-1 agonist. 

Her weight stabilized, but she felt that her breasts were still too large.  She also had significant excess abdominal skin. 

Her breast remained quite large, and she had significant excess skin of the abdomen, flanks and back.

She underwent a bilateral breast reduction and an extended abdominoplasty.
