Breast Reconstruction Before & After Case 151

Patient presented with a history of pectus correction surgery as a young child which resulted in moderate asymmetry of the breast with lateral inferior scarring and retraction of the inframammary fold.

Patient underwent a bilateral saline breast augmentation. Inframammary folds were released and the lateral inferior scarring was revised. A 325cc Saline implant was placed subpectorally on the right and a 300cc saline implant was place subpectorally on the left.
