Case Details
Initially patient underwent a left breast mastectomy with post-operative radiation (note the dark discoloration of skin). The patient then had left breast latissimus dorsi flap reconstruction with tissue expanders and right breast mastopexy for symmetry. Patient decided not to have nipple reconstruction.
