58 year old female with severely asymmetric breast, diagnosed with left sided breast cancer. She underwent a left mastectomy and a contralateral (opposite side) prophylactic mastectomy. She underwent two stage reconstruction, with tissue expander and subsequent placement of silicone implants and areola tattooing.
