She is a 50-year-old female.
She was diagnosed with breast cancer and elected to undergo a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy.
She underwent breast reconstruction with immediate placement of tissue expanders, followed by placement of permanent silicone implants and fat grafting to the upper pole.
