This is a 65 year old female. She underwent an abdominoplasty liposuction of the posterior hips approximately 6 months ago.

Here you can see her result. Her scars are still really dark, and at 6 months, the scarring usually looks it worst.

The scars continue to lighten with time, and usually look their best at about one year.
