She is a 40-year-old female who presented with significant back pain, shoulder pain, shoulder grooving and discomfort related to her breasts.
She underwent a bilateral breast reduction. You can see the improvement in her contour, shape, and size.
The operation is an outpatient surgery that takes approximately 2 hours. The recovery is usually 1 to 2 weeks.
It is rare that drains are used, and all of the sutures are beneath the skin and do not need to be removed.
