Tummy Tuck Before and After Photos
An abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck, sculpts the midsection by removing excess skin and fat and tightening the abdominal muscles. It is frequently paired with liposuction for additional contouring.
In this first example, we see a patient 3 years after her surgery with Dr. Laurence Z. Rosenberg. The woman was in her mid-50s when she contacted Dr. Rosenberg about undergoing a tummy tuck. She had lost 40 pounds through diet and exercise and was ready to put the finishing touches on her weight loss transformation.
You can see just how well-defined her waist is after surgery and how her “belly pooch” has been eliminated. Many of our patients, like the one shown here, are often so inspired by their results that they commit themselves to maintaining them through a healthy lifestyle.
Performed by Dr. Ben J. Kirbo, this tummy tuck addressed post-pregnancy changes. Our patient was a 38-year-old woman who was unhappy with the loose skin on her abdomen and the belly bulge caused by separated abdominal muscles (a condition called diastasis recti).

As mentioned earlier, combining a tummy tuck with liposuction can yield additional body contouring benefits. In this example, Dr. Kirbo helped a 44-year-old patient achieve her desired look by sculpting her back with liposuction and addressing excess skin and fat on her midsection.

Some patients choose to have an extended tummy tuck when skin laxity and fat deposits affect their hips as well. Dr. Rosenberg helped this 60-year-old patient regain a flatter and firmer abdomen, shapelier hips, and a notably slimmer physique.
Liposuction Before and After Photos
Liposuction provides “spot treatments” for areas of diet and exercise-resistant fat in a minimally invasive procedure. Our plastic surgeons offer high-definition VASER liposuction, which uses ultrasonic vibrations to liquefy the fat before removal.
In this case, our patient wanted a smoother, flatter abdomen without committing to the downtime needed for a tummy tuck. Based on her skin elasticity and cosmetic goals, Dr. Kirbo determined she was a good candidate for liposuction.

Dr. Rosenberg performed VASER liposuction on this patient’s upper and lower abdomen and posterior hips. This effective procedure allowed our patient to enjoy a more defined abdomen and smoother lower belly.

Male Breast Reduction Before and After Photos
Male breast reduction surgery uses liposuction or surgical excision to remove overdeveloped breast tissue and excess skin caused by gynecomastia.
Many gynecomastia patients, like this young man here, developed breasts during puberty. Our patient had been self-conscious about his chest appearance for years and struggled with going to the beach or being shirtless. Dr. Rosenberg performed male breast reduction surgery with liposuction and skin excision to restore a more masculine contour to the patient’s chest.
These gynecomastia surgery before and after photos show a 28-year-old male who underwent direct excision of the excess breast tissue. Following his procedure, he has a flatter, more proportionate chest with little evidence of surgery.
